Well, in my opinion as a Professor and part time astronaut, I’d say that if a person was to be 40 years of age, and did not know that grammar checks exist or how to use it, then this game would be a tad bit frustrating to get

And then, after many years, being an old man, when they ask him: “Stefan, why aren't you as rich as Gabe?”

He will say: "I just did not listen." ))))

Man, seriously, if this game is not fun for you anymore just quit.
I did it for a short while, and returned after some patches to find a game that I can enjoy.
I'm not saying For Honor is balanced now, but at least is more enjoyable now.
This is not your first forum account, and it's not your first rant, or tantrum.
If you can't accept that some things are part of the game, like environmental hazards, ganking, emote spamming (this one I really hate it), then this is not a game for you.
And age is not a factor, you say you're 40 but act like a 12 year old throwing tantrums, well I'm 35, and even if I'm not good enough in this game to get to competitive I've learned my way and put some effort to improve instead of ranting about everything that was a little annoying for me.
And sorry, but I have to say it, if you want a 1v1 fighting game without environmental factors just go play Street Fighter.

That is ******** right there. Areal awarness is a big part yes, but not when random things are so out of place they can't be imagined as being there to begin with because it just doesn't make sense.

For instance, on the Gauntlet map, there are a lot of long walls allowing dodging while you have your back to it. But as some point, in the middle of a perfectly straight wall, there will be a random barrel. It makes NO SENSE from a level design point of view to have a barrel in such a random location and that barrel blocked your dodge and is the reason that heavy attack hit you.

You can't tell me a player should "know" there is a barrel in the middle of a perfectly straight and long wall. The barrel makes no sense and thus, a player can't in their right mind know they are about to hit that barrel when dodging sideway.

And yes, the game is full of such "barrels" in the middle of straight wall blocking side dodges for no logical reasons from a level design point of view. The original post isn't talking about walls that becomes an "U" trapping a player, he's talking about "debris" level artists are putting everywhere on the map to make it look better or more alive and it creates a nightmare to players.

Level designers and level artists are 2 different people working at Ubisoft and sadly, level artist often have no clue how the level design is being imagined within a map and will put debris and "stuff" everywhere without needing the level designer's consent.

I thought this would be about the invisible 'hard spots' I've been discovering in the game lately. I've only been able to play on dominion recently,so I don't know about the other maps. But lately I've been encountering invisible hard spots. It's in the B or minion sections. There's nothing there, but something stops you. It's about the size of a pole. Now,I always try to remember which map it is (I think it's only one),but maybe 2. I keep doing matches and forget about it. But yea,if you fight next to it,it does stop you from dodging.
