He's frustrating to snipe for sure. A little bit of lag and you can easily miss it. Personally I wouldn't complain with about 1 second extension of his warcry, and maybe 1.5-2 seconds for Satan. It can be done, but it's not always easy I agree. And transmogrify is indeed usually too slow unless you're incredibly lucky/fast.
