what are your system Specs
Does your PC fully meet the minimum system requirements for the title ?
Dual Core cpu's are not supported ..yes you need a quad core cpu

you also need a video card better then an Nvidia GTX 460 or AMD HD5850 with at least 1 gig of dedicated Video Ram
*Note Direct X 10 class video cards will not work *
Intel HD video Chips also are UNSUPPORTED and will cause a black screen
and you need a 64 bit operating system as well as at least 4 gig of system ram
you should have read the system requirements on the store page before you bought the game

I like FarCry so much! But I have the same problem with the black screen. I found another game for the good time spending, but it's different and you can get the free spins i dag there.

they are not supported ..thus no the game will not launch on a dual core CPU
