The current battle rewards system demands a lot of attention and I don't think it pushes people towards the stronger aspects of the game.

The way the class ranks are set up, where you satisfy certain criteria as you play the game in order to unlock ranks is a better system. You could do five challenges every episode made up of 10 parts and attach the rewards to those. That way people would have something to push towards without being encouraged to map hop or cheese missions.

The faction missions would remain relevant in that they represent something to do, and they would be improved in that weaker missions like clear the outpost would look different if players need to rack up 100 kills. Need to kill stuff with explosives? Maybe defend isn't so bad. The faction mission objectives could also be used as criteria. Rescue x amount of hostages.

If you do this, you should work some loud weapons in, because if you keep one loud weapon in your loadout and use it regularly, all those random patrols that stand there by their motorcycles waiting to get shot start to move around and the world becomes dynamic. Kill x amount of people with a loud weapon. It's good.

You could use it to direct people towards features in the game that were missed. Blowtorch x amount of fences would be cheesed but it would teach people which fences can be cut. Stun and shoot x amount of people in x amount of seconds would teach people to use the flashbang. Shoot x people through cover. Stuff like that.

Thank you for listening. Good luck with the game. Please don't bring the current battle reward system back. Also, the loot and GS doesn't bother me, but I'm 248 and I want to hit 250 and be done with it. Please don't extend that.
