That might not be enough. As LubzinNJ pointed out with the blueprints, the 'randomness' of the RNG isn't a uniform distribution of outcomes. It comes out as very selective, and hence, 'weighted' RNG. If there was also 100% uniformity in the distribution of outcomes, I think players would find it far more palatable.Originally Posted by chicagolongball Go to original post
Loot is not RNG , there is nothing random about it , The loot table changes with the maintenance every week or so, this week has been the worst ever ... Most purples and lowest scores in loot i have seen from the alpha .
Will see what happens with the loot next maintenance ?..
i didnt play much this weekend but the only way i can see the drops getting weaker is if they dont drop anything at all.Getting bored again and pretty much only logged in to see what cassie and Thieves den had to offer, almost given up on even picking up loot from the real world other than for resources. Its just a waste of time.
I stopped doing level 4 control points solo because of the Nerf... used to get 8 to 12 targetted loot items but now I barely get 4. I know there were some people exploiting them like the 'loot caves' but why punish us All?!?!
I don't even do Heroic Missions solo as the rewards are just as bad as Challenging. I also used to rarely get more than 3 to 5 drops before patch and now I get maybe 2...
Something Definitely Changed....
Well, you naughty, naughty little gamer. Players that enjoy TD series seem to respond to being punished. They keep it playing the games anyway.Originally Posted by MLG_Totenstille Go to original post
The difference is Heroic you get 1 more piece of gear of the same junk.
I haven't noticed personally. I always get ~10 targeted items per run in missions, and the other night I was doing open world targeted RK farming with a friend, in an hour or so of doing like 3 CP3/4s and various open world stuff I saw probably 20-30 RK pieces. That's plenty for me, considering before you could go a whole night and not even see a brand you were trying to get.
