During my 25th partrol, on June 10th of 1944, I received a message from BDU my boat was tranferred to St. Nazaire from Lorient. And that makes me sad to no end, but orders are orders.

Upon starting my 26th patrol to Grid AM71(yeay, no long patrol this time out) I saw I was upgraded to a IXC. Upon looking in the crew section I still see a IXB with the same Uboat number, 109. Is that a bug or will I get the IXC once I return to St.Nazaire? I'd sure hate to start upgrading a new boat all over again this late in the vWar.

that is very unusual.. normally you do the upgrading yourself, so in theory you could stick with a type IIA till the end of the war. this must be a bug or perhaps a mod thats causing this.. when the upgrading took place, did you loose renown points?

No Blue, I lost no renoun. Still have the same amount I started with at the beginning of the patrol.

this has to be a mod issue, do you have more than one mod installed? if so, i'd reccomend a complete reinstall since god knows what else could be messed up. mods can conflict and you will get some bizarre results. (once i found myself off the southwestern coast of africa in my type IID)
