Small suggestion, treat the player base with the respect they deserve, without players your doors will be closed. You exist as a company thanks to the gamers that buy your products.

letting a bug, your devs introduced, sit in game effecting a lot of people and not talking to the community as nearly a month passes is worse than insulting to your customer and just BAD business.
