His current kit isn’t viable but it’s not weak either.
I have mentioned it a lot but I think Shinobis current moveset is a mess that cant be balanced, so I would say they should start from the beginning with his new moveset and only keep his range heavy and sicklerain. (But remove range GB from neutral positions.)
The way I've seen them being used in FH, it's more appropriate to call it uninterruptibles. The point is, you've ask who in the game has super armor, and to be able to respond with what super armor can't be interrupted by means that you've acknowledged that someone in this game has it. Also, I'm still a Shinobi main, and can tell you that he never had "Super Armor" on his kicks using your definition (I used to get bashed out of kick attempts), it was an unblockable hyperarmor combo that Shinobi had on it, which the move set previously described as 'Uninterruptible". But i guess, what do I know? Calling the piece of a car that covers the engine compartment could be either a Hood in the US or a Bonnet in the UK, guess those can't possibly mean the same thing under different names either huh?Originally Posted by Gaser. I think @WAO_Halsey is serious. Honestly, I could do without the hyperarmor on kick, it takes a double dodge to initiate the kick, which by the way you can GB Shinobi out of before he even does the second dodge. Shinobi needs more ways to initiate a fight. I wouldn't even call him mobile anymore as most characters can outpace him with dodge attacks or negate anything Shinobi does with a bash or light attack on reaction. The easiest fix for Shinobi is to literally get rid of the ranged attacks, bump HP up a bit, and give him an opener other than a kick.Originally Posted by Gaser. Go to original post
