C'mon now guys. I'm trying to grind my way to unlock as much as I can, but it's getting more and more tedious as all the items I get from crates are already unlocked. And yesterday when I was supposed to get 3 prestige crates from completing 5 challenges, the servers were down, and I never received those crates. Something like this has happened previously also, but I didn't have the energy to complain, as it was only one crate. Fix your game please.

3 prestige crates weren't the only ones. Prestige credits for community challenge, solo challenges or task force challenge weren't awarded either.
Probably not servers, since it didn't glitch for everyone. First or second challenge reset on it's own, regardless of connectivity. This happened last Friday to other people. Last month 1 of the challenges progressed for no reason before unlock conditions could be achieved. But yeah, this needs to be looked into and servers checked for possible degradation.

Hi Baron,
I can remember these issues bothering me just those few times in the last couple of weeks. Some kind of communication cutoffs or data corruption between my PC and the game store servers, I guess. Things worked fine today. I've checked the integrity of my Windows build and verified the game files a few days ago and they're good.

... and it happened again.
Instead of the notification about more 5 crates after solo challenge 1, I got a notification that challenge 2 was completed instead. 5 crates did not appear at this time in my inventory. Proof here:
Second solo challenge was completed without problems. Except, there was another notification about completed second challenge:

5 crates appeared just before extracting El Yayo's wife and son. Why such a long delay? Oh well, better late than neverHowever, 800 credits weren't awarded after completing the last solo challenge. Same thing for task force challenge, no reward ... again. I repeated all solo challenges 2 more times, still no prestige credits. Anyway, proof of completing all 3 solo challenges:

I understand things like this happen, c'est la vie. So far it's clear that day 2 and 4 are more susceptible (bonus reward). If it starts happening on day 5, a bunch of people could lose their spec ops crates ... on top of all other rewards for that day. So please, at least look into this issue before it becomes a pattern.
