Missions have gone wrong many times for many reasons:
- Team A.I. start to shoot and mess up things.
- My target in a mission start to walk over a railway and the train killed him! LOL this is unbelievable! The game destroyed my mission by itself!
- Its not clear in what ranges a shot can be heard by enemies.
- When I ordered my teammates A.I. to shoot, the enemies took cover and I walked so close to them and they didn't see me because they were trying to protect themselves against my team mates.
P.S. This forum complains for "Human verification" but there's no way to do it!
Team AI:
- Unless there's a switch (in options menu) to always force certain action, there's no command that will make AI do what they are specifically told. Your best bet is to toggle team AI on/off if their presence is needed.
NPC's, killer train, civilians and harsh environment:
- Top level threat in this game isn't Santa Blanca cartel or Unidad. Environment, NPC's and civilians are, despite not being officially recognized faction. It would be awesome if we could see how many lives were claimed by Operation Road Rage. Maybe you can use them to your advantage. With enough patience and some "convincing", civilians can be your personal army of sicarios that achieves total victory (sometimes).
In a perfect game world, which this is not, kill shot shouldn't be heard past 130 meters, with or without suppressor equipped. Missed shots or shots that kill the target and hit certain surfaces will make noise. Noise will then act as a beacon to your current location. Patterns do exist, but randomness plays it's part too.
That's what team AI does best. Create diversions and act as a priority target during exchange of plomo.
Have fun with the rest of the game and hope your NPC's live long and fruitful lives.
