Regarding nerfs in general, if you see a card being played ALL the time, (zen, Sharon, somm) there could be 2 things happening. Either a lot of the other cards in the theme are garbage (mystic and fantasy are like this), or the card is broken and being abused.
Sharon was broken, as I mentioned earlier.
Zen, was kind of a mix of both bc there aren't many GREAT cards outside of legendary and epics for mystic. But he's a turd who slows the game down and is definitely in the abused category.
Scifi has a lot of good to great cards, but nothing stands out as extreme good or bad. (we all have differences of opinion of course)
Aqr is getting a little buff. She's expensive, and her effect is slow. Another good buff.
No one likes to see their favorite cards nerfed. That sucks. I'm in favor of trying to only offer buffs to address balance changes. Nerfs just piss people off (Bradley, wdt, pope, Satan, Stan the great, mecha, poison, *****.... Many others) honestly I'm trying to think of a nerf for adventure that was a big deal, but I'm not thinking of one....but when cards are broken, they need to be nerfed. All those cards above were broken at one point. Some argue they still are, but everyone can agree they aren't as bad as they used to be. This is good!
I'm changing my stance a little. Broken cards need nerfed. You had your fun, I'm sure you enjoyed it. Now move on and come up with a different strategy. Don't come crying on here to the devs, that's just laziness.
Underutilized cards should be buffed, variety is good for the game.

DSR doesn't do DAMAGE with her warcry, she cuts the HP in half. Similar to a transformation spell. A shield only protects against DAMAGE.Originally Posted by ScottOld Go to original post

Did you know lebard also can attack through shields with his warcry? Know why? Bc his warcry does a HP nerf and DAMAGE.

Mecha is by far the strongest legendary but people always cry about how "weak" sifi is. In my told team there was a guy who spend thousands. He is place 38 now and guess what? His main theme is Sifi...Mecha is strongest and 6th element randy after buff is 2nd strongest. if I see a lvl 4 6ERandy and mecha I usually disconnect immediately. no point in trying

Hmm what happened to ‘not having card usage events a day before season ends’? I was at 7900 about to hit 8k then I decided to do some event decks and had straight losses for 1.5hrs and dropped to 7400. And I was actually trying very hard! It took me 1.5hrs to get my pvp pack! This is why deranking is so enticing. I could have achieved the same results from 20 mins of deranking instead of pulling my hair for 1.5hrs. And I only got 6 tokens from that ordeal. Card usage events are not fun when you’re forced to put dead cards in your deck just for points.
