Hi, I bought the game via Steam, on November 20th, and after two days I installed everything and I was ready to play.
The moment I launched the game, it didn't start in any way. Not even the splash screen started, and no error appeared either.
I tried to update the UPlay application, checking all the settings, and also reinstalling the updated version on this site, but nothing.
I have also verified that in the uplay application, some warning of connection with Steam should start automatically, when the ubisoft game starts, but nothing. I tried to start uplay then steam, and then the game, but nothing.
My procedure is always the following: I open Uplay, I open Steam, I start Far Cry Primal by pressing the "Play" button which turns green from blue into "Running", Steam asks me every time, I run as an administrator and I confirm, and after about 1 second, "Play" turns green again. Absolutely nothing happens in the process.
I tried giving the permissions via firewall, and I updated the drivers for the video card, still nothing. I also tried to manually start the files from the system folder and I get an error "Cannot start the application correctly (0xc000007b), click OK to close the application", and then nothing. I also tried to update the Dx with the file present in the installation, to see if anything changed, but nothing.
I have verified on the internet that some have had problems having double screen, with the graphic settings, but I have only one so I do not fall into the problem.
The minimum and maximum requirements are present, so I don't understand what else could be the problem. At the moment I wouldn't want to refund the game, but I'd like to find a solution as soon as possible. Some idea?
