Im currently looking for a raid team as well, ive downed 2 of the bosses, my ilvl is 257.

I have a small group that likes to do the raid. We usually play after 6 PM. All adults here. We use discord and could always use a few more guys.
We have beaten all 4 bosses so our gear score is well above 252.
