    Can someone explane why my gf got banned?

    this is the 2nd time this have happen to her and she is now quiting the game for a 2nd time cause of this (i just convinced her to re-intall it After the last time this happened some weeks ago) She is not cheating or abusing the ladder in any form, she happens to be one of the few People who play this game 100% for fun and not to win or be the best, just fun random games with random decks that she uses the randomise button to make so she gets to try new decks for the fun of it. And now she have been banned 2 Times and frankly i do not understand why at all.

    It's simple really. RedLynx are lazy.
    They code something like:
    IF NK level > x AND ELO < y = ban

    It's a poor and unfair attempt to prevent deranking. The problem is that it doesn't take into account people that are just poor at the game, or that have a high NK level as a result of donating cards.

    The fairer system would be to either force these players to the abitrary ELO that RedLynx thinks they should have or better still; make matchmaking based on a deck scoring system where NK level and card levels are taken into account rather than just ELO.

    Thanks for the support and info redlynx, real good work your doing i can clearly tell, you keep banning player with 0% reason and you keep letting people get away with clear lagswitching, cause i keep fighting the same players over and over that 100% are doing something shady to create lag.
    no you keep going for people like my gf, people that only was playing this for fun, my gf got autism and i can promise you, she do not know any way or form to abuse the ladder in any way, its not in her soul to do anything like that. me on the other hand.. oh boy i def have used some dirty trick to cheese some wins, have never gotten a ban for anything myself funny enough cause you guys suck at what you do clearly.

    Did you actually contact the support team? The support team does not monitor these forums, and the community managers (Buck and Toller) wouldn't have access to the sorts of tools needed for investigating something like this. Sounds to me like you're just lashing out at the community managers for your failure to contact the support team.

    So your telling me that the Official Ubisoft Forum. For the game south park phone destroyer - Page: Player Support - is not the way to contact the support team? makes sense...

    If that is the case its just furthers the point that they suck at what they do.

    ps i know your referring to the support page you get to from the setting page in game, but its not my account and my gf is not gonna start the game up to do anything about this, she have moved on to new games that don't treat you like **** if your not playing good enough (like it seams they did just cause she was not winning many fights cause she likes to make randomised decks and they often don't wont to well in Pvp (ex: she gets gizmo a-lot) but people prob report her for being the wrong level and she gets this auto ban every-time she starts to play, this is a fault in the game that needs to be addressed cause innocent players are getting banned now and redlynx need to adress this and take some ****ing responsibility that they messed up, my gf is not gonna play this game anymore that is for sure, and that saddens me, she was a early access player just like me and we had many many fun moments together in the game so seeing her give it up and stop playing just cause redlynxs mistakes, and then the fact that they wont give any reply just pisses me off. great way to treat players! myself, i am playing until the last episode for the season cause i like the events/new cards we get, but after that i am gonna quit to. this game is toxic, its player-base is toxic and the support is clearly a joke.

    Actually, I was referring to the one on the website here:

    This is the one that Ubi-Toller posts for those who need it, and the one I've used in the past for issues I've needed help with. The community forums are a place for those who play the game to communicate, not a channel for support from Ubisoft. They do have this bug report forum for players to report bugs, but most technical issues are passed on to the dev team if a bug needs fixing, or are referred to the above support page if a player needs support for something specific, such as in your girlfriend's case.

    The fact you are trying to use the forums for a purpose they were not designed for is not any sign that they suck at what they do. Technical support is not Ubi-Toller's job, but she helps as much as her tools allow.

    well, when i tried to contact UBI support in the past for various problems, i either : A-Never got an answer (except good ol' Bullsh*t like "try reinstalling the game...it didn't work???Oh well, try re-re-installing the game then")
    or B- got threatened to be banned because i used colorful language...like, yeah, maybe i wouldn't be so pissed off if i didn't invest money in their crappy cashgrab games...
    Anyway, now i know i'll probably get banned soon, cause i am tired of seeing all this sh*t going on, mind control f*ckup etc in the last update is just the last straw, i'm tired of way too many sh*t that needs fixing since almost as long as the game was released and them never doing anything except adding new cards to get stupid people's money and nerfing the good old cards to push people to buy, again and again, rather than balance their game.
    F you all, at UBI/Redlynx, learn to code...
    Oh, also, if you can't stand people using words like "sh*t" or "f*ck" THEN WHY THE HELL DO YOU PUBLISH GAMES BASED ON SOUTH PARK, THE SHOW WITH THE MOST OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE EVER, TWICE IN THE GUINESS BOOK FOR IT??????

    Are you surprised? You really expect that your actions should have no consequences?!? I work in tech support, and I can tell you for a fact that the fastest way to make a tech support agent decide they don't want to help you is by being rude, whether that means yelling, swearing, or being insulting. When I encounter someone who is rude, I will do the absolute minimum necessary to do my job. And if that idiot seems impatient, I make sure it takes as long as possible. If they're particularly rude, they get hung up on! And I'm nicer than most of my co-workers!

    It's one thing to watch or enjoy a show that has foul language in it. It is another thing to have the foul language directed specifically towards you. Also, Ubisoft is a company that has a great many different games, across various genres. Just because they have one game that is associated with a show that uses foul language doesn't mean they're going to change their own forum policies just for that one game! It would be stupid to believe otherwise!!
