Scorpio rifle dispersion goes wild sometimes | Forums

I have noticed that all the scorpio rifles (long and scout) seem to have a problem with their bullet dispersion. Sometimes, it gets impossible to hit a target at distances around 200 m, which is normally an easy shot. I can see the bullet hitting the ground way to either side of the sentinel, about a distance of one body. It might be related to the use of the ballistic advantage perk and I have only observed it with the scorpios. The other rifles give me headshots consistently and those distances.

Did you have the ballistic perk on? One thing I have noticed is there are times where it seems my perks aren't active, like all my buffs and stats and equipment just doesn't apply randomly. I've not been able to narrow it down to a cause or a way to reproduce it just...happens...

In this case I had the perk on. I also experience issues with the perk. I have the feeling that there are many bugs there, but I can't narrow down the problems.
