    The Fun of Exploration

One of the things I have really been enjoying in the game is the exploration. The fun of a good open world game, for me, isn't just the gameplay itself but how the environment in the game can be a vehicle for my imagination. I love exploring new spots and buildings in the game. I sometimes just walk around and imagine what I would do with this building if I was a castaway here and found it, or how would I make this spot more defensible, or if I was going to live in this building how might I change it or arrange it better to suit me? Or I imagine little stories about the characters that might have lived there, or I just run around looking at that interestingly shaped rock for a minute- or walk around on the beach. I have gone to Eggs Island several times now just to walk the length of it because I like it.

So, any way you can fix problems that limit the enjoyment of exploring like:

    A. Finding bungalows in the mountains with lamps floating in the air, like in almost all of them, weird and immersion breaking. Not fun exploration.
    B. Realizing how similar every single house is to others of its type. There was enough variety at first to keep me interested, I'd poke into a new house just to see what was in there, but I think I have seen just about every arrangement of the same materials and furniture that you guys have come up with. If you care to keep me or others who enjoy exploring in the game, you need to add more assets to create more variety in the home and other building interiors. And please fix the floating lamps. It would also really be nice to find a house/home/building or two that have something completely unique in them. Just there, in the boonies, something different just because, that makes having gone into that spot to explore more rewarding/interesting (not necessarily tied to a mission).

Anything you can do to increase the fun of exploring Auroa and its outlying islands would be greatly appreciated and would be one of the main draws for me to continue playing the game.

Even after I was pretty much bored to death of the gameplay in Wildlands I still popped in for a while after patches just to see what new graffiti or other little flavor details were added to the game.

I hear ya. The collectibles shouldn't be shown on the map and people shouldn't always be able to tell where a collectible can be found. Just go explore and find out stuff. Also, it would be fun to actually browse through their computer instead of just selecting something in a menu. Like you actually have to read through e-mails and notes to find out information before it pops up in your screen. Not by pressing M, but actually read through it in game, in first person. Which of course can be turned off by activating guided mode. Then its the same. You select something, you get the information. And when you have guided on, the upside is that you can select what you find, while without guided mode, the game decides for you when you browse different e-mails or read through files.
