no I mean when you just move around the map. When there are no enemies near the camera moves away from our character, and when there are enemies near us the camera priblezhaetsya to our character and he becomes in a fighting stance. Lesh is referring to the camera zoom effect that occurs at the say time as dynamic HUD elements toggle on or off, based off your proximity to enemies.
With HUD fully off, you can tell if you are completely safe, or if there is a threat nearby based solely off this zoom effect.
I would suggest they add a camera zoom toggle option in the HUD with the same 3 state options Dynamic being how it is currently, Always gives you the option to keep the closer camera zoom all the time, and Never allows the further angle all the time. This would also appease a lot of people that have argued that the camera is too far or too close. Toggle options are always better than removal.
