    Other companies fix bugs continuously...

    and UBI leaves Customers with bugs and an awful communication strategy waiting for two months now.
    I spent more time in this horrible forum based on 2003 web technology than playing the game.

    - Make an accessible and transparent road map.
    - Provide regular weekly updates on things you address
    - Ship regular and small

    If you would apply a decent bug tracker you also would not get spammed with 2000 times the same forum post that "a drone is not working". Then this feedback would be consolidated because the UI would tell the author that a similar post exits. And they could CONTRIBUTE instead of write out of frustration.

    Write your known bugs down. I do not have a lot of the issues players report here. And I know some issues are super esoteric because it has something to do with a sideffects between different hardware. But most issues are just plain bugs and after two months now and multiple reports they are not listed in your "Known Bugs" forum post.

    You are a software company and are using your paying customers as beta testers. Then give them the correct tools to contribute and do not waste their time even more by let them write the seventh time about a bug they encounter with video and image proof.

    Apparently you've confused that you didn't look for one with there not being one.

    Go read what it takes to get a patch through MS and Sony. It isn't as simple and quick as we want it to be, unfortunately. Did you play Wildlands? They listened to the community and supported and patched the game, making many important improvements. It takes time.

    I totally agree. Most game devs will release a patch on a bi-weekly basis, & sometimes even weekly. It's absolutely pathetic that they can't get more than one patch out per month or less.

    what is the point of releasing patches every day or week, if they do not change anything dramatically. The guys continue to work, listen to the community, and this is the main thing. Releasing a patch to reduce damage to the rifle is not what is required for this game. She turned too far the other way. And people were too angry at the game. With every patch anger will intensify because who the not gets moreover what he wants. This is not what you need Yubisoft and even more so by the developers themselves who are also people and worry about their game and criticism in their direction. Excuse my English

    I find it totally wrong for customers to be their bug testers .. they should deliver the game ready. If they paid for game testers, they would avoid 70% of the headache it is today.

    Because several small fixes adds up quickly & the community will feel better taken care of. It's better than literally nothing for more than a month at a time.

    I'm playing this game because I paid $99 to be a bug tester. I'm going to get my money's worth. After that, it's getting uninstalled. I'm not paying full price for a broken and unfinished product. The gaming industry is full of snakes and ****heads. I'm sorry but all of these AAA companies deserve everything they're getting right now. Anywhere else you go, if you're order isn't right or you're unsatisfied, you can get a refund or exchange for something else. When companies force you into a non return agreement, they're planning on screwing you. Ubisoft needs a management overhaul and I mean start at the very top. This all happened on his watch.
