There's no other information we can provide. It's not something we can unlock for you as it's an Xbox achievement. If there is found to be an issue with the achievement that gets patched, it will unlock when patched.

Achievements not unlocking, need help please

    Hello,

I'm having some problems with achievements in Just Dance 2020. I've tried the Ubisoft Support in April, but they said they can't unlock the achievements and that I should try Microsoft Support.
I've tried the Microsoft Support last month, but they said only Ubisoft could do something about it (which seems correct to me, as I don't have this problem in any other game).
I had read other threads in this forum before posting, and for what I had seen, Ubisoft isn't really doing anything to help.

But since now I am closer to complete the game, I can only hope that someone might be able to help me.
My issue for now is that the initial achievements are still unlocked, I'm listing them below:

"Time to Start a New Collection!" - Unlock your first Skin
"Foundation Stone" - Unlock your first Sticker
"Ka-ching!" - Spend 1000 Mojos in the gift machine

I did all those requirements in February. As of now, I have unlocked several Skins and Stickers, and have spent more than 20000 Mojos in the gift machine, but they won't unlock.

This is my last resort trying to unlock those achievements,

Does anyone have any idea of how I should procceed?

    Thank you for your time!

You probably have been achievement-banned. Just Dance 2020 chooses which achievements are banned for random viewers.

    Hello there lucao7!

Sometimes achievements or trophies can fail to unlock due to connectivity issues. Please follow the steps in this guide.

After performing these steps, try to unlock the achievement or trophy by playing the game and fulfilling all unlock conditions.

Unfortunately we don't have the possibilities to unlock trophies or achievements directly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    It didn't help.
    The problem is not connectivity.

Saving data across consoles interrupts achievement unlocking, my game is unfinishable

(Alert: this post used to be its own thread but it was suddenly moved to littlesiha's thread (and the replies on my thread were moved too). I didn't mean to revive siha's thread hehe.)
I'm here to report a bug that's been mentioned a lot of times so instead of just complaining, I'll try to add something new.

The problem is: I can't get the achievements that you obtain with 100% completion of the game and it's frustrating: "Gotta Get 'Em All" (Get all the gift machine rewards) and "Family Album Completed" (Unlock all the Stickers). I even finished them in a livestream, it took me a lot of livestreams to get to these ;_; so it's really sad that I can't get my platinum trophy on PS4...

    Screenshots:
    Spoiler:  Show

    All machine rewards done

    BUT THERE'S NO ACHIEVEMENT

All stickers done 121/121(And up there you can see 333/333 machine rewards statistic.

    BUT NO ACHIEVEMENT, AGAIN

I don't know how this happened... or maybe I do. Look, I might have done something wrong to my PS4 data because I had to do stuff that was wrong in order to unlock the "What? Already???" (Reach level 100) achievement. Here's the story to put you in context:

    Spoiler:  Show

I got a bug with the Level 100 achievement, it wasn't obtainable because I linked my PS4 progress with my Nintendo Switch game. I got lvl 101 in the Switch first and when I got back to my PS4, it was already on lvl 101 but the achievement was still locked. That's because the game has the hability to store your save data online using your Ubisoft Club account and fetch it for you immediately when you turn on another console: 100 on Switch first, then it wrote it over the PS4's save data. (Alert: now that my post was moved to siha's thread, I saw that kubaratzka's post describes the problem the same way I saw it. Hope the devs take his final suggestions.)

Screenshots from the initially locked achievements:
    Spoiler:  Show

This is my account on level 101

    This was the locked achievement

My theory was that the game is designed to trigger the achievement if you go through the live-event of going from level 99 to level 100 only when you are in game, not outside; that time, I turned on my PS4 and it fetched the online save data at level 101, so the triggering live-event didn't happen live(again) and the achievement was not unlocked.

Guess what, to obtain my Level 100 Achievement, I decided to start from zero: delete save data and get to level 100 again BUT FIRST I had to make my PS4 go offline to avoid getting back the online save data. I farmed XP until I got to level 100 AND MY ACHIEVEMENT WAS UNLOCKED! Yes! The PS4 has the hability to unlock achievements offline!! Here is an instagram story reel with all my progress when I decided to start over for 100 so that you can see that a player can overcome the Level 100 Achievement bug, there has been other players who encountered it before in the forums like the famous streamer, littlesiha and here's her thread.

But how does this relate to the current problem, the achievements for All stickers and All machine rewards?? They should have been unlocked because I went through the live-events that should have triggered them, right?

Maybe the problem is in the fact that, after my odyssey with the Level 100 Achievement, I continued like normal letting my PS4 go online and fetch my Ubisoft Club online data for me. I thought there would be no more problems but maybe, mayyyybe, something went wrong when it wrote the online data over my PS4's current data and THAT REPRESENTS THE PROBLEM.

This is the way I think it went with an example: before fetching the online data, my game was with like 100/333 machine rewards and 30/121 stickers - after fetching the online data, it went over to 120/333 machine rewards and 60/121 stickers - I may be on 333/333 and 121/121 now but the game might think I'm still 20 machine rewards away and 30 stickers away because that's the difference between the numbers before and after.
Maybe, every time the console boots up the game, it starts with the numbers it recorded from live-events inside the game but not with the numbers it fetches from the Ubi Club data... the thing that goes wrong when overwriting the PS4's data is that the numbers inside just work for live-events and the numbers fetched from the Ubi Club data are NOT being added to that counter just because they were not live-events. This would apply to Level (experience), machine rewards and sticker numbers.

    Conclusions:
    • I WON'T link my consoles to the same Ubisoft Club account EVER AGAIN, something's wrong with the way it fetches the online data because, not even going through the live in-game events makes your achievements get unlocked. Just Dance 2021 is coming this november and this needs to be addressed to the players NOW.
    • All of this happened because the players can't log off in the Ubisoft Club application when we are inside of Just Dance games, so we can stop linking our data to the Ubi account. We were able to do this back in Just Dance 2017 but I think it was after 2018 that Ubisoft removed the feature in the application. PLEASE, ADD THAT FEATURE BACK so we don't have to go through the offline process like I did in order to unlock bugged achievements.

Thank you SO MUCH for this! I will go offline and delete my save and start grinding anew tomorrow. And thanks to your post I now know I can't expect my platinum to unlock when I get all stickers. Those trophies will definitely be just as bugged as the lvl 100 and Megastar trophies was. It was a huge mistake thinking I could play Just Dance on another console during vacation without repercussions. Lesson learned. I won't go online in Just Dance 2021, that's for sure! Thanks again for giving me back hope that I can get my platinum ❤️

Yo, Kristyrfrisyr I'm super glad I got some of your hopes back and I was able to prevent you from grinding to 333/333 & 121/121. Sadly, I can't expect my platinum again UNLESS I decide to go for a 100% completion grind offline, which would take me months... I kinda want to try it... more like, the games should be fixed...
Also I fixed the hyperlink that leads to my Instagram story reel, it was un-openable from phone for some reason.

I would say that you're right, the gift machine and Sticker album trophies are bugged. However, the LV 100 popped for me when I just leveled up on PS4 once after hitting 100. So I'm not convinced on your theory. Considering both my PS4 and Switch have completely different numbers for gift machine rewards and stickers. It wasn't synced at all. I had to do it twice and the trophies have not popped. Game update could fix it

The only other thing we can suggest is to just keep playing and seeing if it eventually unlocks from unlocking more skins and stickers and spening more mojo I'm afraid, as it hasn't been detected as an issue with the game and achievements, otherwise everyone, or at least a lot of people would be having the issue with them.
