post game lobby/loot screen drops to 1 FPS

I have no idea what causes this but it prevents me from dismantling gear, changing orders, deploying troops, map voting, or even leaving a match.

The game is stable everywhere else, but the POST game lobby drops to literally 1 FPS.

    Hey FuncK_D,

I am sorry to hear that!

What platform are you experiencing this issue on?

    PC

It started to happen some patch around after the season 10 event, but it's just gotten worse. Like I mentioned, it literally will pause at 1 FPS and I won't be able to do anything in the post game lobby activities such as dismantling gear, deploying troops, map vote, or even leaving back to world map before the countdown brings me to hero selection into the next match against my will. As soon as I'm in the hero selection pre-game I am back to my v-synced 60 FPS with my monitor. It's not a stable performance hit, as it will vary in frame drops sometimes allowing me to get some stuff done in the post-game lobby, but it is stable and repeatable in the fact it will start to drop drastically 100% of the time, and much more consistently freezing at 1 FPS allowing me to do no actions.

The only other FPS symptom on my machine that is odd is the "map loading" screen will drop FPS down to 20 or 40. There is stuttering at times at the very beginning of matches that glitches and clears up within 5-10 seconds at most, but otherwise I have my game locked at my monitors refresh rate (60) and it holds super steady at 60 bouncing down to 58 here and there when there is a ton of activity as to be expected.

Honestly my machine ran everything much smoother overall before some patch around the time period of the season 10 event. It was noticeable. I installed and tried out multiple versions of Nvidia driver from the latest to going back even years in version #'s to observe any differences, and really the only real difference is something changed in the FH build after a certain date from my perspective that includes overall FPS performance ( I used to be able to run 1080p uncapped and after this time period I had to resort to 1600x900 with v-sync to keep visuals/animations/inputs smooth) and the post-game lobby bug where everything bogs down to 1 FPS..

My other games are performing fine and as expected with no hiccups, just FH has this odd and annoying issue that is seemingly accumulating patch after patch Temperatures on my machine are as expected when I browsed my utility for that tho I haven't gotten into really documenting everything going on while playing FH the way I do (HDMI to my large LCD TV on game mode), but we can go there if that's what you need. I guess I was just hoping it was something obvious to tweak in FH settings or Windows settings before going there.

Again, I'd like to reemphasize that my setup hardware is performing totally as expected across many applications and games with the only variable being the FH patch builds after season 10 at some point around the event patches.

    Cheers

Thanks for getting back to us with this.

Are you able to provide a short video showing the FPS drops in the menu?

Ooff... lemme chack that means I have to do Nvidia shadowplay (which I have never done) or OBS which also means resources used but yeah pretty sure I can clip it cause it's so consistent.
