    Ubisoft support is *****ng joke!

    I have bought two collectors editions(different figures) + companion book World of Tom Clancys Ghost Recon Breakpoint. All the game problems and early adopters **** ups(big, early discounts) aside. DLC code that came with book is not working as well( how surprising). I have created ticket, give them all info, they are solving it 6 days, they want ton of extra info and today they replied me in an very arrogant way that the code is just for DLC and if I expected that I will get 2 times more expensive game with it, then I was wrong! Wtf??? I am more than 200hrs in, they have my gamertag and ubi account ID, so they sure can check and I am claiming the DLC alone from the beginning and they reply with this?
    Hows that mister CM? Still thinks that people are not mad enough? How about do something about your support?

    PS. The game is now almost 1/2 the price of the book...

    Book is great quality wise. High quality paper, nice colours, hardcover, cca 370 pages. Content wise.. it depends on your taste, I was expecting more artwork, and things that didnt made the cut into game. But it is more like a catalog of things that are in the game. But, I think it is exactly what they promissed (opposite to the game). Part artbook, part lorebook + comments from developers.

    After numerous tickets I still haven't received my Little Brother's Ally Pack for completing the Silent Spade mission in Wildlands and they keep saying go and talk to Holt and you should get it. I do this and I still don't get it so then they say take a screenshot. WTF, take a screenshot of me talking to Holt. ****ing idiots.
    Ubisoft have indeed got the worst support ever.

    Yes, their support is terrible, one would assume that helpdesk will be instructed to be nice and helpfull, the game is mess and this just infuriates people even more.

    i dont want to check if i got all the wildlands rewards, cus if i didnt get some, i know i will never get it

    deal with ubi support gives me headaches and 0 solutions

    I would honestly not be surprised if Ubisoft uses one group of support that covers multiple games or every game on the roster, and not singular support staffs for each game.
