I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering this issue when trying to launch Starlink: Battle for Atlas.
As mentioned earlier in the thread by my colleague Ubi-Woofer, streaming services such as Shadow PC, Parsec and GeForce NOW are not officially supported. If you are using these, attempting to play Starlink will always result in this error message. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
If disabling Hyper-V and/or virtualisation on your computer doesn't help to alleviate this issue, please can you open a support ticket so our team can take a closer look. You can reach our support teams here:
