Thank you for this post. We all thought we were going crazy. Bought the switch game as a gift for a 6 yr old boy & a 7yr old girl. Imagine the disappointment when only 1 of them could set-up their avatar and the other got stuck with Jazzy. Which was followed by several attempts from each adult in the room thinking we could figure it out. That was not the case. 2nd player is stuck with default Jazzy.
Hello everyone,
Just an update to the situation, our QA are currently unable to reproduce this issue on their side. I have asked for more information we can gather form our players who are affected in the meantime.
We will hopefully be able to post some questions in this thread, asked by the team.
If you have not tried already, you may be able t fix this by following some basic network connectivity -
PS4 - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000035538
XB1 - http://support.ubi.com/faqs/000035535/
Nintendo Switch - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/faqs/37902
If the above troubleshooting guides do not help your Dancer Card to synchronize, would you be able to answer the following -
- Platform you play Just Dance 2020 on?
- When did this issue first start affecting you?
- What region do you play in?
- Are you unable to save changes to your dancer card / create a new dancer card / or both?
- What update version is your platform?
Thank you for your help and patience everyone.
- Platform you play Just Dance 2020 on?
Nintendo Switch
- When did this issue first start affecting you?
2 weeks ago (but we've only had the game a month)
- What region do you play in?
New Zealand
- Are you unable to save changes to your dancer card / create a new dancer card / or both?
Unable to save changes to the primary dancer card, also cannot delete the primary card
- What update version is your platform?
10.2.0
It looks like your server keeps overwriting the local data. If I have no internet connection the change seems to work, but as soon as I go back online the changes revert.
It is only on the primary card, not any secondary cards

Thank you for responding with those details!
I've passed these onto the team.
Would it be at all possible to provide a clip of your steps to reproduce this by going from offline to online?
Thank you!
