    Various issues with Dancer Card

We’re unable to change Dancer Card (profile) when adding players before starting the selected song/dance. We use the PlayStation camera, and there is no option for changing Dancer Card.

We have created three Dancer Cards, but when adding players they are only assigned the generic «Happy», «Crazy» cards.
When we use the Just Dance Controller app instead of the camera, we can change Dancer Card by clicking the card symbol on each app/phone - but how do we do this when using only the PlayStation camera??

No help from Ubisoft chat so far...

It's been that way with camera and Kinect multiplayer gameplay even in previous versions of Just Dance. Maybe it's related to the technology. With a remote or phone, the game can easily track which player is which, but with multiplayer camera gameplay, the game occasionally gets confused. Even with Xbox Kinect, which tracks remarkably well, with multiplayer play, once in a while it gets the players mixed up in the middle of a dance. Perhaps this is part of the reason that camera and Kinect multiplayer gameplay don't let you use multiple dancer cards.

However, it sure would be nice if it would allow players to use multiple dancer cards in multiplayer camera or Kinect play.

    Happy dancing.

Camera / Wii Remote / PS Move
    - You can create several Dancer Cards per save
    - You can set one of them as the Active Dancer Card (if you have only one Dancer Card, it will be considered as Active Dancer Card by default)
    - You can edit any Dancer Card on your Console
    - You can delete any Dancer Card, except the one that is set as Active Dancer Card
    - Using a Wii Remote or a PS Move, you can change Dancer Card in the Lobby

    Phone with Uplay
    - You have a only one Dancer Card linked to Ubisoft Account, it is your Uplay Dancer Card
    - The Uplay Dancer Card can edited on phone, but not deleted
    - On console
    - You cannot edit/delete another Dancer Card
    - You cannot switch to another Dancer Card

    Phone without Uplay
    - On console, you will have a guest Dancer Card with a default name: Happy, Crazy, Jazzy etc.
    - On console
    - You cannot edit/delete another Dancer Card
    - You cannot switch to another Dancer Card
    - You can link your Ubisoft Account to use your Uplay Dancer Card

    Can't change dancer card

The dancer card is completely stuck.
Any attempt to change it just overrides the selected dancer card.
Even deleting the dancer card doesn't help' it just comes back when you enter another menu.

Dancer Card will not delete itself and keeps coming back

My dancer card in game keeps coming back even though I delete it in game. I even went as far as deleting my local save data and deleting cloud data on my Switch. It keeps coming back with a low level like I had played the game and when I go to WDF it keeps showing an old name I use to use on the game instead of my new one. It has made the game unplayable for me since I mostly play online and I keep losing my scores because I keep trying to reset my saves hoping it'll fix it. I'm close to just selling my copies of Just Dance and quitting the game even though I love it.

Dancer Card will not update or delete

Everytime I try to change username, avatar, alias or skin for my dancer card it reverts back to the original. Why am I not able to edit this dancer card?? What is the point of unlocking these items if you are unable to change anything with your dance card?

Hey MidniteApe and DKTAW. I greatly apologize for this inconvenience and any frustration it's caused you both! Is the card you're trying to delete or edit the primary card? Also, have you tried reporting this to our team at support.ubi.com?

    Dancer Card will not update

It was the first card my daughter made, but that is not what should be the primary. She just made it and now can't make any changes. Avatar, name, skins, alias all revert back.

Thank you for confirming this, DKTAW. If you've not already done so, can you please open a support case for this issue, and attach images (or better yet, a short video clip) showing the card in question and what happens when trying to delete it?

If you test the game on another profile on your Nintendo Switch, does the same issue occur?
