Failure To Activate Feat Bug! | Forums

so say im orochi and ive already thrown my kunai at someone and it is now in the recharge state.now im fighting someone else and they are a sliver away from death so i go to throw the kunai but its still recharging. what happens is you here a failure to activate feat noise and your screen darkens around the edges and it stays like that for the rest of the game and it is not just that one feat its all of them.. its been like this since i started playing last year and i would like a fix to this
