Ever since the SUNDA update, I have been getting Error Code [7-00000004] whenever I try to log into the game. Note that I'm just making the attempt to get into the main menu, something that's been an issue since Marching Fire. Even after I can actually get in, I'm prompted 30 seconds later that "connection with Ubisoft servers has been lost" and after trying everything from Port-Forwarding to Static IP to uninstalling and reinstalling, I still get the same issue and after being fed up enough with it I decided to do some research over this code. It simply states it's an issue with Ubisoft itself stating it's a "degradation of the servers". I've been with the game for 3 years now, starting late Season 3 and I've poured hours upon hours and a fair amount of money into this game and I'm just looking to get this issue resolved or at least get information on what the problem is at Ubi. Thank you for any support you can offer.
Hey, Griffball119!
Are you still experiencing this issue? Please reference this guide and keep us posted.

Sadly, yes I'm still having this issue. I decided to wait a day and try again and go through all the steps listed above to make an attempt at fixing it but it's still not working. The link you provided is the one I checked before I made this thread so I could see if I could fix it on my own and not waste anyone's time but I can't seem to find the problem. It can't be my network because I'm pulling 25Mbs download and 5Mbs upload (that's really the best we can get in my state). I haven't had this issue ever until the Sunda update. The last time before this I had an issue was when Marching Fire was released but uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue.
I only ever used one and it was the one recommended to use to play For Honor.
TCP: 3074
UDP: 88,500,3074,3544,4500
Sadly, it still doesn't work. I checked through all the numbers. Placed my XB1 as the top priority for traffic and still nothing. I'm still getting the same error code as if the servers are currently offline.
There's no doubts in my mind that I'll never be able to play For Honor again and I'm just gonna accept it. As much as I like Ubi, I don't think you'll ever see a response that shows them taking responsibility and saying "Yes, it's actually our servers and we'll look into this" because there's hundreds of people with this same problem and they're all told the exact same thing.
Hey folks,
I can appreciate that it is frustrating that you are encountering this issue.
We do provide troubleshooting steps and potential workarounds to attempt to fix issues, but that does not mean the team does not monitor these cases.
If you have completed the troubleshooting steps, please create a case on our website and provide us with screenshots of your port forwarding so we can get this looked into further.
UPDATE: I finally managed a workaround for my issue. It seems to be an issue with disc versions of For Honor. Earlier today I decided to uninstall the game (yet again) and attempt to bypass the error. After installing the disc, I still had the issue, luckily I had a second disc from my brother and did the same thing once again and it still didn't work. I later went to purchase a fresh copy and behold, it didn't work either. This was incredibly frustrating and after some time of thinking, I decided to try the digital version of For Honor and it worked! By checking those 3 discs and seeing them not work correctly even after purchasing a fresh copy then seeing the digital work perfectly, it raises the question on if there's a problem with disc versions of For Honor. I know a few people that still have this issue and I'm going to check to see if they're having this issue with disc or digital versions.
