    Error Code [7-00000004] Since SUNDA Update

    Since the SUNDA update was released, I've been having Error Code [7-00000004] every time I attempt to log into For Honor. I've tried everything from Port-Forwarding to Static IP to going as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the game just to get the same error. After doing more research, it clearly states that this code is not an issue on my side or anyone else's but it lies on Ubisoft's end. Listing that it's a degradation of the servers (that is an understatement). I've been with this game since late Season 3, poured hours of time and a fair amount of money into this game and stuck with it through the best and the worst *cough cough* Raider rework *cough cough* so I think I deserve to at least know what's going on at Ubi Montreal and understand why the servers are effectively killing themselves.

    NOTE: I can spend up to an hour trying to get back into the main menu and once I do, 30 seconds later I receive the "lost connection to Ubisoft servers" message. I have NO connection issues to any other game aside from For Honor. Please... I beg you.. Fix this game.

    Hey there Griffball119. I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this [7-00000004] error message in For Honor on Xbox One. We're aware that this message pops up sometimes even when a maintenance / outage / degradation period is not ongoing, and the devs are investigating this.

    You've mentioned in your post that you've tried various troubleshooting steps, including portforwarding and setting a static IP. Have you yet contacted us via a support case on our website already with screenshots / evidence of this troubleshooting done, so that we can investigate further?
