I am new in this forum and I want to ask about Hito's fourth feat, is it not intended to one shot everyone?, since I've played with my friend and somehow we see a warlord with revenge on still alive after taking the fourth feat,fyi he only have a bit of health which I think a toe stab or JJ slap enough to kill him

You are correct, It does a set amount of damage, with over shields and some mitigation someone can survive the hit. and yeah that is working as intended as far as I can tell.

Thanks and what other heroes that can survive Hiro's fourth feat?

It does 200 damage as far as I know.
