I noticed that there are certain spots that there is a lone outcast observer having binoculars watching over bases. Im wondering that these 'spies' can be used of gathering intel. Similar to Pakatari from Wildlands that they can provide us with, certain intel from a base where they are overlooking. Like number of patrols, a lay out of the facilities etc. Because its a waste of animation if not utilized
