    Our team have been investigating this for a long time. Despite intensive testing, they have not been able to reproduce this in a testing environment.

    We still report back with any mentions of this issue, in the hope to help with the investigation.

    Hi! I know that on my device the game was bought with one account (account that was connected to Switch) and I bought the 365 membership on another account on the switch (my card is connected to the other account).

    If you are testing this problem I hope this may help clear up some issues!

    Hi, I’ve been having the same issue (avatar changes to pink haired avatar) with just dance 2018 for a long time, where this avatar originates from and recently I bought Just dance 2020 and now I have the same issue over there (the avatar keeps changing back to the pink haired starter avatar from just dance 2018). My Ubisoft account is linked to both games (also just dance 2019 but I don’t have the same issue with that game as with 2018 & 2020), so maybe there is a connection there? With your Ubisoft account being linked to both just dance 2018 & 2020?
