Hi, I’ve been having the same issue (avatar changes to pink haired avatar) with just dance 2018 for a long time, where this avatar originates from and recently I bought Just dance 2020 and now I have the same issue over there (the avatar keeps changing back to the pink haired starter avatar from just dance 2018). My Ubisoft account is linked to both games (also just dance 2019 but I don’t have the same issue with that game as with 2018 & 2020), so maybe there is a connection there?
