Delta Errors, Blue screen crash and lag

I keep either experiencing lag, a delta error or blue screen crashes. It been overwhelmingly common since the release of TU6, so much so, I rarely play at all anymore. I like thengane, despite its problems, however, these constant server kicks have me wanting to get a refund since it's completely unplayable for me, argue what ypu like, but under Australian Consumer Law, I am vehemently entitled to a refund.

It does.not matter what task I am doing, from going through inventory at the white house, missions, open world activities, dark zone etc. The lag makes the game unplayable, then the delta or blue screen follows.

Before anyone comments, it is NOT an internet problem on my end, though it's not the fastest (I love in a remote area) I still consistently get speeds of 30Mbps. I have a static IP address, so it is not a ISP CGNAT problem. I have defreagged my hardware, PlayStation4 btw, and uninstalled/reinstalled the game several times.

The problem isn't on my end and I want a fix, if ubisoft can't or won't admit/implement a fix for it, I will be requesting a full refund for the game and my one year pass, even if I have to take it to court, I have the time education and the finances to do so. I will cause inconvenience and bad publicity for a company who obviously cares for for gouging people out of money than it does providing a finished, working product.

I am in Australia, and as mentioned, play on PS4. I want the game servers fixed, and I want it done yesterday

    Hey Bucarooni085,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing blue-screen crashes and Delta errors.

Can you create a ticket on our website and include the screenshots of your port forwarding from this FAQ?

Also, is your copy of the game a disc one or digital?
