    Is this a test? Do I want Uplay+ badly enough to keep trying into a 3rd month?

    I was never able to get into the free trial, store errors, I didnt bother opening a ticket I figured I would just pay for it when it came out.

    Tried to pay for it when it came out of the trial period, unable to, store errors.

    Opened case 09844061. 30th of September.

    Eventually got it to work for a few days, through my own persistence with the broken site, not from any support help. Then it suspended.

    At this point my case is full of pointless info and screenshots, and any new support person that rolls up just reads the initial problem description and I have to go through the process of telling them its no longer the problem, then they eventually tell me its being worked on.

    Today I got it to work with paypal for maybe 1 minute before telling me it was suspended again. Again, not because of any support help, but because I keep going back to try it and I found there was a Paypal option all of a sudden.

    So still not going, no response from any of my case support comments for weeks.

    I just wanted to play Breakpoint with my friends, this is hard work.

    Same here, I was billed on October 1 and got suspended after 5 days, and support just ignored me.
