How do i delete all payments methods from your services please?
I can't use Uplay+
All my troubles started after my old card expired, before everything was good and work correctly...
I don't have any subscriptions used at all when i use this new card <--- ( picture below)
after my old card expired (sub is susspended) for what lol?
I can't update my payment methods!!! <--- ( picture below)
( i try another cards and paypal, changing adrresses too with different card owner ofc - wife, friend card etc)
I don't want anymore any subscription!!! ( i can't cancel also!!! )
I want to keep my account and i wanna delete ALL MY PAYMENTS DETAILS existing in your system please!!!
to prevent any future troubles for me...

I created ticket all ready, and after 5 days of talking with you "poor" support help and taking useless advices from them,
we get to the point ( i repeat after 5 days of spamming !), that they say finally aswell is known issue. ALLELUJA!!!

From the beginning decision to keep my subcription, i change my mind to cancel and my sub is still not canceled on the end, looks like lol

I want to delete "not used new card by you" and "not used subscription by me" at the same time?
I don't want to come back here anymore another time? I wan't to sort this out as soon is posible too...
And i don't want to keep / share my payments details with you anymore for such long period of time as you support help said to me
Ok so cancelation is done by such lovely person from ubisof (UbiDork)
but as topic say my problem is not resolved 100%
I can't use this valid card and i can't change, it's not my problem, it's your problem.
I wanna delete payments details, now you keep my data without my permission,
is not my fold that your payment system is broken.
I don't want to keep payments details with ubisoft as you kindly advised me,
once the billing period is expired ( which is end of november and i get billing for nothing anyway oO)
couse is too danger in my opinion, as i read forum ( deeper and deeper![]()
people get charged twice or even more times for same subscription,
etc problems with payments continue daily for long period...
and anything can happen, is out of control
I wan't please kindly ask you to sort that as soon is possible!
