    JDU issues

    I have not purchased either the 2020 or the 2021 but have downloaded the demo. I purchased the unlimited subscription and loaded the code into the redeem on the eshop. However when I try to play any of the unlimited subscriptions in either demo application it takes me to the nintendo eshop to purchase the unlimited subscription. I look into my eshop subscriptions and it shows I’m subscribed. Please advise

    Your switch have to be primary console and unlimited works on the full version of Just Dance, not the demo

    Hello AZIUHNson2, thank you for posting and welcome to the Just Dance forums.

    I can confirm what TectonicB72 says is correct. the Just Dance Unlimited will only work with the full version of each game and not the demo version.

    The Just Dance Unlimited subscriptions are also linked to the platform you activate them on and will not be accessible elsewhere, thank you.

    Problem with game

    This is something that would need to be discussed with Nintendo Support, as your subscription would go through their billing system.

    Is this problem fixed?

    I just bought a month of unlimited, but it doesn't activate in the game.
    I have never before had any problems like this.
    I have de 2019 game.
    I used my primary console (on wich i bought the subscription) so that cannot be the cause.
