Stealth and PVP. Crouched movement and "Stealth" as a stat need to work in PVP.

From what I can tell Stealth does nothing in PVP. The Stealth stat is totally meaningless in PVP and that's a waste. In addition it's impossible to move quietly in this game without enemy players hearing you from 30 to 40 yards away even when crouched walking or crawling.

My buddy and I did tests on a private lobby while on opposite teams. We tested all movement modes. We could easily hear each other from 30 yards to 40 yards away while moving in crouched "sneaking" walking mode and we were moving as slow as possible. That's nuts. Crawling and walking while crouched can be heard from same 30 to 40 yard distance.

So what happens in game is players camp as snipers. If we try to play the role as Assassin from Wildlands while playing Breakpoint, any camping snipers in Breakpoint hear us approaching from 30 to 40 yards away. Sniper changes to shotgun, AR or SMG and can hear the exact direction we are approaching from. This is piss poor game play. Playing the "Assassin" role from Wildlands is impossible in Breakpoint because we can't sneak.

I propose that the stealth stat should effect our movement sounds. Higher stealth rating means less noise when we move. Totally eliminating the Assassin role in Breakpoint and eliminating the uniqueness of classes in general from Wildlands was a really bad move. Classes in Breakpoint are boring and generic.

Bump for Wildlands Assassin style of game play being possible in Breakpoint Ghost Wars.

Currently the Assassin style of game play from Wildlands PVP is not possible in Breakpoint because all enemy footstep sounds are audible from 30 to 40 yards away regardless of class and or regardless of our Stealth rating.
