In case you want to check yourself, you can go into the “messages” area (same place as your inventory and settings) and see when the earliest one from Butters was. Nov 12th 2017 for me!

I was able to check my start date in the Google Play app. Shows my first achievement "You Killed Kenny!" was completed on Sept 8, 2018. Since that was the very first PVE level, which I played the day I downloaded the app, I know that was also my start date.
