Hi,

I can't play for honor for a week now becasue of "0002001503 matchmaking not ready" and "only the groupleader can start a game"- bugs. All my other PS4 online games are fine and I have a green type 2 NAT, static IP, inernet provider confirmed they are not the issue, restarted the game, reinstalled, reset router, opened the ports, tried DMT etc. Nothing has worked. I can only enter trials, not training. Apparently I can do story mode.

Please help me. @Ubisoft I am really frustrated.

As you have already performed troubleshooting I would recommend that you create a support ticket about this on our website, if you have not already.

If you have already done so, please update your ticket to let us know the issue is still ongoing.

thanks for the reply, I have already submitted a ticket and they have just sent me a link with troubleshooting that I have already done, I have even explained what I have tried already. I have asked them for more specific help. Anything else I can do?
