So, the year 1 heroes costs 10k steel but started out with 15 (like the wu lin does now), the wu lin was added season 8 (year 2) and the year 1 heroes were knocked down to 10k, Now with the release of almost every year 3 hero I think the wu lin needs to go down in price like the year 1's did.
