Why can't the MAWL-DA attachment be added to the Tavor?

The PEQ-15 can be attached to the 416, M4A1, 516, Tavor, ... The MAWL-DA can be attached to the 416, M4A1, 516, but not the Tavor? This makes no sense.

Logically, if Attachment A can be attached to weapons X, Y, Z; and Attachment B can be attached to X and Y. Why not Z?

This attachment should be allowed on the Tavor and needs to be added.
