    Unable to purchase games from Ubisoft Store

    I'm trying to buy the Division 2 from the Ubisoft EU store.

    I add the game to the cart, click "Checkout" and a little pop up window comes up saying "Welcome back Goodkat25". I click "Continue" in the pop up, it closes and nothing happens. I can't proceed to a Checkout or Payment screen. Even tried buying on a different PC and on Mobile, no luck. It's been like this for 2 days.

    My login details are correct, I have tried changing passwords, activating/de-activating 2 step verification but nothing works.

    Anybody else having this issue?

    I am having this exact same issue. I want to take advantage of the price drop and I have been trying for 3 days now to purchase the game but it wont let me. In the Uplay app, I click checkout, and nothing happens. On the website, I get the same thing as you where I click checkout and it pops up a login page. When I successfully log in, nothing else happens.

    I made a ticket about it yesterday and spoke to chat support, they said they were working on it.

    The store page isn't available on my UPlay app, think it has something to do with getting ubisoft games through steam.

    Really want to take advantage of the discount, epicgames store doesn't carry the same offer.

    why doesn't the ubisoft nor uplay work? I cannot buy a game it keeps telling me to log in when I click checkout. I get to log in and I can play my games but cannot make a darn purchase. I tried it on my gaming laptop, my gaming rig, my cellphone even from my work computer at work no luck buying the division 2.

    its a scam from ubi they dont want anyone to buy the game at 70% thats why everyone is having an issue they only sold a few and cut it......

    Same issue

    Been having issues since last night. I tried to purchase The Division 2 Ultimate cause i got the email it was on sale and have not been able to since. That was last night at 7pm EST and now its after 2pm EST the next day, and it's still broken. Not trying to be mean here, but why would anyone subscribe to a service that cannot be fixed in almost 24 hours??? And I agree that it's just a bit suspect that the game is on sale and the store broke, hmmmm????

    Yeah, it is a bit strange that there seems to be quite a number of people who are having this issue. As I read through the forums there appears to be a large consumer base who want to make purchases but cannot. With sales being the most crucial aspect for any business I would have thought that this would have been fixed immediately as a top priority. But, the further back I read, this bug has been present for 5 days or more and there's no solution. If it was my business and people were unable to purchase my products through a site bug I would be going crazy trying to fix it!

    It could be that the popularity of the discount prompted Ubisoft to limit the amount of customers through a "store error". I'd really like to avail of the discount but with 2 days to go it's looking less and less likely. If the offer ends and suddenly the bug is fixed - that would be a little bit suspect.

    Yes I am also having the same problem for the past 2 days. I don’t understand why this has not been fixed. Anyone know when it will go back to full price again?

    Hello, I have the same problem, the coins have been redeemed but I have not received the code by mail, and neither does it let me buy any games ...
    Just today the 70% offer ends in The Division 2 ...
    Those of us who have not been able to buy it because of a mistake we are going to have to pay later the whole price, right?
