I'm trying to wrap my head around how the use of drones differs in this game to that of wildlands. I admit while having a 4 man team of a.i plus a drone that could be outfitted with guns, bombs, sound machine for distractions can certainly be op in wildlands , that's certainly not the case for breakpoint. Since its a game based on solo infiltration ... having a drone and being able to upgrade and outfit it with specific weapons , armor and gadgets would be an added compliment to this game. Not bashing the devs but how much sense did it make to make sync shot consumable? Go back to the wildlands model of drone usage and functionality , it works. The only difference with breakpoint is that you directly interface with the drone instead of it being a consumable. One final note , why is that we are limited to just a flying drone . If you already have the mobile ground drones in game , are we going to look at giving the player the ability to use them as well. Since it would provide another way of enhancing the play experience of breakpoint. You could Introduce it via quest chain, with an engineer who can build it for us and provide maintenance and upgrades to it. Just saying that we should explore different types of gameplay in breakpoint. You already have the frame work.
