    Issue to continue the campaign

    Hello,

    As reported by many others, I have encountered the same issue as well. After the completion of mission 2 (when I defeated Ramirez) I'm not able to continue to the mission 3. After the completion of mission 2, I click on Continue Campaign and the screen come back to the very first stage of the campaign.

    Please some could help me to continue the campaign? How did someone fix that issue?

    I have this same issue. How is this not fixed yet???

    I'm having this same issue. Right after defeating Ramirez, he tells me that he will get his revenge after taking over his gold mine. I click "Continue Campaign" and I'm back to the beginning. WTF?!?! I'm too late for a refund now.

    I'm sorry to hear that you've all been experiencing this issue with progression while playing The Settlers 7, and I've gathered your reports to submit to our teams for investigation. If you'd like to provide further information, please feel free to take screenshots of your map before and after mission completion. A clip capturing the issue would be great also!     Hi again everybody!

    I'm back with an update from our teams. For this game to save, you will need to have read and write permissions on your Windows account for these folders. If you do not, then your progress will not save to the folder and the campaign will reset. I recommend starting the Ubisoft Connect launcher as admin, and also your game. We no longer need any clips or screenshots. If the issue persists, please check your Windows account settings. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

    Issue to continue the campaign [solved]

    Hello everyone, especially those who still cope with the campaign continuing issue. The solution that chaosvi6vi gave really solved the problem for me – thanks dude! Very helpful, unlike the Ubisoft so called ‘support’…
