    Thank You Ubisoft!

I would just like to take this time to thank Ubisoft.

It is now the second time in a row I've had to abandon downloading a game due to downloads failing at 78-80%. First Ghost Recon Wildlands, and now the same with Breakpoint. After trying for 2 days without success, even with all the FAQ's and tips from your support site, I even tried to send a support ticket. But just like Wildlands two months ago, no reply for the ticket.

I find this quite disrepectful considering I've played Div 1 & 2 and both Wildlands & Breakpoint since Alpha.

You can tell me it's my ISP till the cows come home, but the reality is I've always had a stable 100Mbps connection from day one.

So the cold reality is I will be uninstalling everything and cancelling UPlay+ at the end of the month as I refuse to waste money on a service that does not deliver.

    Thanks for nothing.

How can you have played both Wildlands and Breakpoint since alpha if you can't download it beyond 80%? The fact you haven't received a response to your ticket is indeed not very customer friendly. I have to agree with the fact that the problem is on your end though. My connection is not nearly as high as 100mbps, but I have never had any download issues from Ubi or Uplay.

It's not an issue on my end. I've got fibre optic through my home and have had no outages with my provider. I also have a brand new Nighthawk AC2300 running without a hitch with all the right ports forwarded. The reason I was able to play Wildlands was I was able to transfer the install files from a mates' SSD and locate them using the installer. I downloaded World Of Warcraft for my son yesterday without issue. So it's definitely Ubisoft's problem.

As an IT guy I can tell you that the issue is on your end.

Try to move your Xbox to a friend's house and try the download there.
If that doessent work it's likely your Xbox maybe a factory reset or try a different Xbox.

My bad than, but for a pc same thing applies. If you got super fast internet and it won't work try a different network. Maybe a Hotspot.

Tried that with the neighbour's connection earlier today. Same result. Even after uninstalling everything and starting afresh.
