Hello to the devs’,
As we know you’re having a special attention to the players’ feedback, here are some issues me and some friends of mine had encountered during our game sessions (in solo or co-op mode) :
- Sometimes, suppressor are no longer fixed on our weapon after a melee kill ;
- (Co-op mode) While driving vehicle, conductor or passengers are sometimes viewed out of the vehicle (car, helicopter,…) ;
- After a bonus was selected in a bivouac, it sometimes appears that the clock is locked on 60 minutes timer and the bonus is no longer applied to our character ;
- In free exploration, it sometimes appears that the NPCs are located under the map ;
- IR/Laser sights are sometimes not visible while aiming after we just leaved a bivouac ;
- After we used the Sniper-class special gadget, we sometimes are unable to do anything as changing weapon or open a crate, meaning we have to fast-travel to a bivouac to make sure we can change weapon, aim, shoot, etc… ;
- (Solo mode) We sometimes encounter problems to activate Sync Drone. We can mark ennemies with a quick press on the linked button, but when we want to activate the kill by long-pressing the same button, it dismark the ennemy, meaning we have to shoot « in the air » to make sure the Sync Drone make the kill ;
- Our character is slinding sometimes to easily, as it sometimes happens on low slopes and stairs ;
- After leaving a bivouac, we sometimes are unable to use nightvision, and only normal vision and IR vision are enabled ;
- Using the parachute is far more harder and less intuitive than in Wildlands. Could you do something to make it more clear when we can use it ? ;
- With the same specs, the display distance is lower than in Wildlands, as we aren’t able to see ennemies past 550 meters approximately, excepted some vehicles like helicopters
I would like to add to this list:
-- Emergency warning klaxon blaring when riding as a passenger in a helicopter (same issue that has yet to be resolved in the Wildlands).
-- Gyps rotor blades are still sagging during flight (reference UH-60 Blackhawk model in Wildlands which animates the rotor blades bending up due to Bernoulli's principle).
-- Afterburn rear suspension is not animated.
-- IC-4 front and rear suspension not animated. (All other land vehicles tested have animated suspension)
-- IC-8 Incurcion tires clip through the model excessively.
-- As above with the sniper, inability to use most keys bound to character movement, fire/aim and item/weapon selection also affects medic. (Still able to access menus and look around)
-- Character is unable to mount or traverse over many low walls.
Minor things to note if your team would like to address them eventually:
Solid axle suspension animates akin to vehicles with independent suspension, in such that wheels do not stay properly angled with the axle but instead stay aligned with the vehicle.
Aircraft wheels spin constantly while in flight.
Automatic landing gear extension and retraction dependent upon altitude and speed in relation to the ground on applicable aircraft.
Something to take into consideration for your next project:
Airport runways have clearance on both ends of the runway. This is important as sometimes an aircraft must abort a landing attempt due to any number of factors. This is why you will not see buildings, high trees or such within a certain distance at either end of any properly regulated airfield. If there are such things, they are restricted in height and usually serve a purpose, such as runway end identifier lights.
(I would like to thank your team for fixing the boat engine animation from Wildlands in which when riding as passenger, the outboard engine would turn the wrong direction. I also really appreciate adding the ability to take cover from the cupola position in vehicles that would allow such an action. I am also grateful for restricting the shoulder swap of equipped weapons. Not missing the enemies now when shooting from doorways or cover due to automated shoulder swap.)
Thank you for your time.
