I cannot get the scroll bar to move in any in-game menu. I'm to understand that you hover over the bar and then use the right stick to move bar- Nothing happens. I've done a master reset of Xbox console and repeatedly restarted the game with negative results. The game is unplayable with this bug.

Has anyone found a fix?
