Ss of yesterday my uplay games are not launching
the play button on rainbow six and south park TFBH do nothing.
and for For Honor and Steep it brings up the small splash screen where the loading ring continues to loop with no text indefinitely.
i have uninstalled all games, reinstalled them, uninstalled uplay and reinstalled it to no avail.

First please complete our PC Troubleshooting guide. We have found this guide to be helpful for a lot of issues including games not launching.
However if the issue still continues, we would need to take a closer look at your system to try and identify what might be causing this issue. To do this we require your system files, to send these to us please create a support ticket and attach them to it. We have a handy FAQ on how to do this also, you can find this HERE.
Once you have created the support ticket you will get a case number, feel free to reply here with the case number and we will happily look into this further with you.
