Passive cash deficit code
So I was playing in one of my mini accounts and I saw that I was really close to being able to buy the battle pass (I was at 993) so I decided to grab a couple of today's event packs to get it. So I did just that, the first pack gave me 2 cash and the second one gave me 5,so yay 1000 exactly, and I could visually see the 1000 but upon trying buying the battle pass I would get the error I don't have enough cash. I went to the main screen out of the pvp area and my cash showed 997, which doesn't even make sense with the amount of cash I got from the packs.
So I'm wondering if there's a passive code that subtracts small amounts of cash or if there is an ongoing problem with cash being awarded from the second event pack of these kind of events, where it visually shows plus 5 but in reality is plus 2. I say ongoing because I'm sure this happened to me a really long time ago. I don't need to give you my account ign to claim the missing 3 cash because that's is indeed very minimal but if this problem is present in other places, over time it matters so that's why I'm reporting it.

Nevermind, I think I figured it out, it may be a visual bug consequence of coming from an account that's in a higher tier. The game mechanics don't seem to catch up with the change in tiers when logging in from a different account.

Hey there,
Thank you for getting back to us, did the cash catch up with what you should have?

Hello Ubi-swaggins, Yea as mentioned it must've been a bug consequence of having more than one account. One account is in a higher tier which yileds more cash, when swapping accounts the local-game code made me see more cash than I was getting in reality. So I never really got the amount of cash I saw, I got less because of the lesser tier. This is of course my theory, but it's alright no need to check further thank you for the answer.

I see, thanks for clearing that up Void_Away-
Did you happen to catch any screenshots of this? If not, if you notice it again, can you capture a screenshot and send us it?

It's not an usual occurrence on my end so it would be hard to catch, but I will if I do see it, thanks.
