I got the same Problem on PC starting at the 13th octobre. I Haven't played Rayman the two weeks bevore. So I thought the problem was an improperty on the install. I also changed my name cause I thought this could cause the issue….. leading to a message from Ubisoft, that my password is resettet cause by strange behavior….. OK the security algorithem is working good, but there is still no acces to the challanges.

Same issue here. Rayman Legends for PC. Haven't been able to access challenges and other online stuff since October 3 (give or take a day).
I reside in Russia, Moscow, but I've asked a friend of mine who lives in Russia, Krasnoyarsk, to check, and he confirms that he cannot access them either.
