I think my list is pretty close to be ok. I am main Kensei so maybe that explain his position for him. This table is about my experience in Ps4. I am comparing heros in hands of people with the same skill. Obviously, bad players don't take them into account because they are bad with any hero.



+S-TIER (The best):
- Black Prior (Only if you have good hands)

S-TIER Easy mode (Easy wins agaisnt the most players. If you don't kill a lot of enemies with these heros, you are very bad ):
- Raider
- Hitokiri

A-TIER: Viable mode (You must be good with them to kill a Tier +S or S. But it feels superior against the rest)
- Conqueror
- Lawbringer
- Berserker
- Shaolin
- Kensei
- Jiang Jun
- Warden
- Orochi



B-TIER Difficult mode (You don't like easy things if you play these heros. Tier B is for very good players with mains from long time ago. Only when they have high knowledge of theirs heros, they are able to stay 1º in the table.
- Centurion
- Valkyrie
- Highlander
- Shaman
- Shugoki
- Tiandi
- Jormangundr (By feats)

C-TIER: Even more difficult mode (Tier C is similar to Tier B, but with less tools still. They need to have high rep and to be very smart in fights)
- Warlord
- Aramusha


D-TIER Pro mode (If you are winning with this heros, Congratulations. You are a proplayer. If you are a common player, you will be at he botton on the table in all the games.
- Gladiator
- Nuxia
- Nobushi
- Peacekeeper
- Shinobi

I agree with the d-tier... and dis agree with the s-tier. The rest I agree with most of it 80%
