As for us solo players... The guns on the gunship should be bound to another key.. For example left shoulder on the XB controller. Tie the gun so it fires forwards, if you have to, or let us purchase a pad that lets you have a computer controlling the gun and shoot enemies. Would work on the transport helo too. Right now when I play alone I can use the rockets or the missiles.
The new gunship's pilot (says drive) activates on the gunner position and gunner position on the pilot position.
As for the rest... Considering how much we can work with outcasts and homesteaders... Couldn't we just use the Ghosts' skills from ODA and help create the Outcasts into a force like we did with Pac's guys in Wildlands. The rebel missions simulated the PSYOPS and such the A-teams perform. Similarly we could build the Outcasts up so we could have at least a sportter / another shooter with us. Right now.... Not really sure what they do, other than need a lot of guns, do some spying you don't get the benefit of... And that's about it.
Similarly for us solo-players Erewhon is a weird place. In story 32 Ghosts go in, almost all are killed. We know at least 4 survive, Nomad talks about almost half surviving but we never see them. Also the two ghosts you meet in Erewhon upon entering... Where are they after that? Also Nomad is their CO... So why the heck can't I have them with me from getgo? This all creates a ludonarrative dissonance, especially with 40 or so ghosts (players) running around the Erewhon hub. Would be nice to turn off seeing them if you play alone. If you want to do coop, then you will just see your team members there.
Update:
- I've crafted many (and I mean many) MK17 Assault to get the desired stats. After crafting over a 100 I did not get the required stats so I wanted to sell them all. However, this does not seem to be possible. Apparently this one (and some other weapons) cannot be sold to a vendor when I think they should.
